The following terms and conditions govern the sale of tickets for the Majáles 2025 event (hereinafter referred to as the Event) via the websites vstupenky.majales.cz, praha.majales.cz, brno.majales.cz, hradec.majales.cz, ostrava.majales.cz, majales.nejticket.cz operated by SHERWOOD Digital a.s., Prague, Company ID: 28465911 (hereinafter referred to as the intermediary), the organizer of the Event, which is SHERWOOD Digital a.s., Company ID: 28465911 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer), and all contractual relationships with customers arising therefrom.
By purchasing tickets, a direct contractual relationship is established between the customer and the organizer. The organizer is responsible for the execution and fulfillment of the offered event. The organizer reserves the right to change prices at any time without stating a reason.
Tickets are sold through the web portals vstupenky.majales.cz, praha.majales.cz, brno.majales.cz, hradec.majales.cz, ostrava.majales.cz, majales.nejticket.cz. Online sales based on reservation – meaning sales based on a binding order and payment of tickets online via payment card or bank transfer carried out on the portals vstupenky.majales.cz, praha.majales.cz, brno.majales.cz, hradec.majales.cz, ostrava.majales.cz, majales.nejticket.cz.
a. For the purposes of this part of the terms and conditions, the service means the sale of tickets for the event via the web portals vstupenky.majales.cz, praha.majales.cz, brno.majales.cz, hradec.majales.cz, ostrava.majales.cz, majales.nejticket.cz (hereinafter referred to as the service).
b. To provide the service, it is necessary to correctly enter and submit all data required to make a ticket reservation and subsequently pay the relevant amount via online payment.
a. To order the service (hereinafter referred to as the order) in this way, it is necessary to fill in the order form. The customer is obliged to check the correctness and completeness of the data entered in the order form. By registering, the customer agrees to be included in the Organizer’s databases and may in the future receive information by email about similar types of events whose sales have been or will be launched.
b. A registered customer selects and purchases tickets from available price levels of the requested event, including possible offered discounts.
c. By clicking the “Continue purchase” button, the customer submits their request for the selected ticket. The customer is obliged to check the correctness of the created order before submitting the request. In case of any issues when purchasing tickets, the customer may contact the email address: vstupenky@majales.cz. By submitting the request for the selected ticket, the customer agrees to comply with the rules set out in these terms and conditions and the complaint procedure. By purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to the event operating rules and undertakes to comply with them.
d. By clicking the “ORDER with payment obligation” button, the customer confirms their request and completes the payment for the selected ticket using the chosen payment method.
e. Payments made via the internet are automatically assigned a variable symbol, which the customer is obliged to retain. The variable symbol and reservation code serve as identification data for further communication regarding paid tickets.
The customer acknowledges that purchased tickets cannot be returned.
The customer acknowledges that the Organizer reserves the right to change the program and that such changes are not grounds for a ticket complaint.
Personal data means information about the customer that can directly or indirectly identify them. The Organizer collects and stores personal data entered by the customer via electronic media in a secure data repository. The Organizer declares that it protects personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Act). The Organizer is entitled to entrust a third party as a processor of personal data in accordance with the Act. The customer gives consent to the use of email and phone contact for marketing purposes of the Organizer and event partners.
The Organizer and the intermediary are not responsible for unauthorized interference by third parties, as a result of which such persons may gain unauthorized access to personal data of individual customers and/or the relevant data storage, where such data may be used, exploited, misused, or made available to third parties. The customer declares that they are aware of the risks arising from such unauthorized interference.
If the Organizer has information about cancellation or change of the event date, the Organizer will inform customers without undue delay by publishing this information on the website www.majales.cz. The Organizer will not provide any compensation to the customer for lost time, profit, etc., caused by the event not taking place.
By presenting the ticket at the entrance to the event venue, the ticket holder agrees to the operating regulations of the venue, the Organizer’s instructions, and the conditions related to them.
1. If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
2. These terms and conditions become valid and effective on January 1, 2025.
The complaint procedure sets out the procedure for the customer and the Organizer in cases where, despite all efforts of the Organizer, the customer finds a justified reason to file a complaint regarding the quality of the provided service, i.e. ticket sales.
1. Ticket sales are carried out based on the terms and conditions for providing ticket sales services for Majáles events (hereinafter referred to as the “terms and conditions”). By purchasing a ticket (tickets), a contractual relationship is established directly between the customer and the Organizer.
2. Paid admission is non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in this complaint procedure. Purchased tickets are not exchangeable. In case of loss or damage, replacement tickets are not provided.
1. The customer has the right to file a complaint if all purchased tickets are not fully and properly delivered. A complaint can only be made if the customer followed the terms and conditions. Complaints must be submitted immediately after purchase via email at vstupenky@majales.cz.
2. The customer is obliged to check the correctness of the data immediately after receiving the ticket(s). Based on an immediate complaint, the complained ticket(s) will be canceled through the system and the customer will be refunded the paid amount. Immediate complaint means within 24 hours of purchase. Later complaints will not be considered.
1. Conditions for ticket refunds in case of full cancellation of the event are determined by the respective Organizer within 20 days. Customers will be informed about the refund process at the point of sale, on the website www.majales.cz, or via email response to vstupenky@majales.cz.
2. Unless otherwise agreed with the Organizer, refunds for tickets purchased at a sales point are handled at that same point. Unless otherwise agreed, refunds for tickets purchased via online payment are handled by the Organizer.
1. The complaint procedure is binding for both the customer and the Organizer. It is prepared in accordance with Czech law, especially Act No. 40/1964 Coll. (Civil Code) and Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection, as amended.
2. The complainant agrees that the Organizer stores their personal data provided in the complaint form for five years from the complaint resolution.
The complaint procedure becomes valid and effective on January 1, 2025.
1. Disputes between the seller and buyer are resolved by general courts.
The consumer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution according to Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection. The responsible authority is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. Out-of-court proceedings are initiated only at the consumer’s request if the dispute could not be resolved directly with the seller. The proposal must be submitted within 1 year from the first claim.
2. These terms do not affect consumer rights under applicable laws.
The seller reserves the right to change these terms.
All prices are final and current! The operator is a VAT payer.
This consent to the processing of your personal data is given to SHERWOOD Digital a.s., Company ID: 28465911, for the purpose of sending commercial communications (marketing offers) and carrying out other marketing activities. This consent can be withdrawn at any time. Detailed information is provided below.
